We raise awareness among our teams and our guests
- Our CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) representative has completed specialized training on the challenges of sustainable tourism, environmental conservation, and quality of life at work
- Our teams are trained to incorporate eco-friendly practices into their daily tasks
- We select our service providers and suppliers based on their sustainability and social commitments
- We encourage eco-friendly transportation by providing bicycles for loan
- We provide our guests with informational booklets, brochures, and displays about the local flora and fauna
We conserve water and energy
- We read our water and electricity meters every month to better manage our consumption
- We have installed water flow restrictors without affecting the water pressure from faucets and showers, to ensure we do not deplete this resource
- We offer a reuse program for bathroom and bedroom linens
- All toilets are equipped with 3/6L dual-flush systems
- We are replacing every light bulb with an LED or energy-efficient bulb and have already upgraded over 75% of our lighting
- All of our lighting is LED, which allows for energy savings while providing similar comfort for our guests
- We have installed a rainwater harvesting system to water our green spaces
- We use rainwater to supply our toilet flushes
- We have installed motion sensors in the hallways to reduce energy waste
- All rooms are equipped with a centralized energy management system
- The property is equipped with a centralized HVAC system (heating and cooling)

We reduce waste and take action to promote biodiversity
- We sort all types of waste, including food waste
- We combat food waste by giving products a second life
- Coffee grounds are not thrown away but repurposed
- We work primarily with bulk products to limit unnecessary packaging

- We limit the use of plastic, which is why we have installed eco-dispensers for shower gel/bath gel and shampoo in all bathrooms
- We have set up several recycling stations
- We have posted signs to guide our guests and staff in eco-friendly practices in accordance with local regulations
We prioritize community engagement and the well-being of our guests and staff
- We prioritize eco-labeled products: toilet paper, shower gel, etc.
- We prioritize local sourcing through our local artisans: Martin Pouret products, homemade pastries, detox waters, Vacher honey, etc.
- Our breakfasts and room service feature organic or local products, products with a protected designation of origin, or meat-free options
- The products used for room cleaning are all eco-labeled and free of hazardous chemicals. These products provide better air quality and pose fewer health risks
- Our green spaces are maintained without pesticides, and we use alternative methods to combat weeds and insects
- We are part of a hotel chain committed to CSR, which promotes employee well-being through employee benefits and support (psychological and social) for our teams and their dependents when necessary
- Our establishment is completely smoke-free
- Our restaurants’ and snack bars’ menus feature organic and/or fair-trade products
- For the well-being of our teams and yours, we have banned bleach, which is irritating to the respiratory tract

The Green Key certification recognizes tourist accommodations and restaurants committed to a voluntary, effective, and dynamic environmental approach. The certification is awarded annually by an independent jury composed of experts and professionals in tourism and the environment.
